1) INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

a) These Terms and Conditions define the type, scope, conditions, and rules for making, canceling, changing, and settling reservations as part of the service provided electronically to the Guest, as well as the rules for the provision of services, liability, and stay at Yuko Residence. They constitute an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation and paying for the stay.
b) These Terms and Conditions apply to all persons staying at Yuko Residence.
c) The text of these Terms and Conditions is available to everyone free of charge.
d) The Terms and Conditions are available within the reservation system and on the website www.yukoresidence.pl.
e) The Terms and Conditions are made available in a form that allows for their storage and reproduction in the ordinary course of business (HTML format). Upon request, Yuko Residence will send a copy of the Terms and Conditions in PDF format to the email address provided by the Guest.

2) HOTEL DAY

a) The room/apartment is rented for hotel nights. b) Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.

3) RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

a) To use the reservation system, you must have a unique email address and complete the reservation form available on the Yuko Residence website.
b) Reservation involves the following steps:
b.i) selecting the accommodation services offered by Yuko Residence, in particular availability and price; the prices listed in the system are gross prices and include only the services indicated in the offer;
b.ii) providing the required information, in particular name, surname, email address, and telephone number;
b.iii) confirming that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions;
b.iv) making payment in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions;
b.v) after making the reservation, the Guest will receive an automatic confirmation of the reservation to the email address provided. Upon sending the confirmation, the contract is deemed concluded.
c) Yuko Residence reserves the right to refuse the reservation if there are no available rooms. d) In the event of a shortened stay or cancellation during the check-in period, the fee for the unused night is non-refundable.
e) Guest may not transfer the room to third parties.
f) Unregistered guests may stay in the guest’s room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

4) SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES

a) Yuko Residence provides services in accordance with the declared standard. Any complaints should be reported immediately by calling +48 509 178 179 or emailing biuro@yukoresidence.pl.
b) The property is committed to ensuring a safe and peaceful stay for guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the technical condition of all equipment.
c) Yuko Residence is not responsible for any interruptions in the operation of the reservation system resulting from technical reasons beyond the property’s control.
d) The property reserves the right to block the email address of any Guest who violates these Terms and Conditions.
e) Yuko Residence does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the reservation system.

5) GUEST LIABILITY

a) Guests are obligated to comply with the Rules and Regulations, legal provisions, and principles of social coexistence.
b) Guests are fully financially liable for any damage caused to the property.
c) In the event of a gross violation of the Rules and Regulations, Yuko Residence may refuse to provide further services.
d) Children under 12 years of age are permitted on the property only under adult supervision.
e) Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
f) Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property – violations will result in a PLN 500 fee.
g) The use of heating devices that are not part of the property’s equipment is prohibited.
h) The storage of hazardous materials is prohibited.
i) Sales, door-to-door sales, and gambling are prohibited.
j) Guests are obligated to maintain order and not disturb other guests.
k) Modifications to room furnishings are prohibited.

6) PERSONAL DATA

a) The controller of Guest personal data is LJM CONNECTION ŁUKASZ MISIOŁEK,

b) Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide the service.
c) Guest has the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, transfer, and object to data processing.
d) Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, legal obligations, and – with the Guest’s consent – ​​for marketing purposes.
e) Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable law.
f) Data is stored for the period required by law.
g) Data is not transferred outside the EEA. h) The Administrator uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
i) The Administrator is not responsible for the consequences of providing false data by the Guest.
